By accessing the website or purchasing an eSIM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 or older who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products and Services
Esimee sells digital eSIM products that provide access to mobile data services without requiring a physical SIM card.
All sales are completed online and products are delivered electronically.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. However, BALDVIDA UAB reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue products, services or website features where necessary.
eSIM functionality depends on the customer’s device compatibility and the availability and coverage of local mobile networks.
Customers are responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM technology before completing a purchase.
3. Website Use
The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
Users must not:
use the website fraudulently or without authorization;
interfere with the security, operation or functionality of the website;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
reproduce, copy, distribute or otherwise use website content without permission.
4. Expiry Reminders
Esimee may send courtesy email reminders before an eSIM plan expires.
Reminders may be sent approximately 2–3 days and 7–10 days before the expected expiry date.
Delivery of these notifications is not guaranteed.
Customers remain responsible for monitoring the validity and expiry dates of their eSIM plans.
5. Orders, Prices and Payments
Orders are completed online through the secure payment process available on the website.
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the relevant eSIM details and activation instructions are provided electronically.
Each purchase represents a one-time payment. Esimee does not process recurring payments or subscription charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are processed by licensed and secure payment service providers.
Esimee does not store customers’ complete payment-card details.
6. Digital Delivery
eSIM products are delivered electronically, either by email or by making the eSIM details available directly through the website.
Delivery is considered completed when the QR code, activation link or other installation credentials become available to the customer.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, a delivered or activated eSIM is generally considered a final sale.
A refund may be available where:
the eSIM was not delivered; or
the eSIM is verified as technically defective and unusable.
Detailed refund conditions are provided in the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of the legal framework governing purchases made through Esimee.
8. Responsibility and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BALDVIDA UAB is not responsible for:
interruptions or failures of third-party mobile networks;
loss resulting from misuse of an eSIM;
incorrect installation or configuration;
incompatible devices;
indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, BALDVIDA UAB’s total liability relating to the relevant matter will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product.
9. Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Esimee Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, visual elements and design, belongs to BALDVIDA UAB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or reused without prior written permission.
11. Suspension and Termination
BALDVIDA UAB may suspend or terminate access to the website or services where a user:
breaches these Terms and Conditions;
engages in fraudulent or unauthorized activity; or
acts in a way that may harm the company, its systems or its customers.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Lithuanian law.
Any disputes relating to the website, products or these Terms will be handled by the competent courts of Lithuania, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
