By using the Services, you confirm you have authority to accept this Agreement for yourself or a legal entity.
1. General Information
Our website provides digital eSIM products that allow users to access mobile data services without the need for a physical SIM card. All products are sold online and delivered digitally.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the website for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the site.
Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the website or its content without permission.
3. Products and Availability
We aim to ensure all eSIM products are accurately described and available for purchase. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature without prior notice.
eSIM activation and compatibility depend on your device and the coverage of local mobile networks. Before purchase, please verify that your device supports eSIM technology.
3.1 Expiration Notifications
As a courtesy service, we may send reminder notifications to the email address provided at checkout prior to the expiration of your eSIM plan. These reminders may include messages sent approximately 2–3 days and 7–10 days before the expected end of the validity period.
Such notifications are not guaranteed and do not replace your responsibility to monitor the expiry date of your purchased product.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are processed online through our secure payment system.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your eSIM details and activation instructions.
We do not process recurring or subscription-based charges — each purchase is a one-time payment.
Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are handled through certified and secure payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Delivery
All eSIMs are delivered digitally via email or directly on-screen after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete once the eSIM QR code or activation link is made available to you.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the eSIM has been delivered or activated. Refunds may only be issued in cases where a product has not been delivered or is proven to be technically defective and unusable.

7. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our services operate smoothly and as described. However, we are not liable for any:
Interruptions or failures in mobile network connectivity.
Losses caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or incompatibility of the eSIM.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Data Protection
We process all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected. By using our website, you agree to our data processing practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of BALDVIDA UAB or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any materials without prior written consent.
10. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct harmful to our business or customers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our website or products shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of €100 or the total fees you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or cases where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse, violations of law, or breach of this Agreement.
Compliance, Sanctions, and Export
You will not use the Services in violation of applicable export controls or sanctions. We may restrict service in certain countries/regions due to legal, regulatory, or operator constraints. We reserve the right to deny activation or terminate service if your transaction or use involves restricted jurisdictions (e.g., sanctioned countries).
Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Lithuania. Courts of Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction. The UN CISG does not apply. Consumers retain any mandatory EU consumer rights applicable by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated via the Website and/or email where feasible.
